The Saskatchewan Federation of Police Officers represents over 1,400 police personnel from six municipalities in Saskatchewan. The cities in the SFPO are: Regina, Saskatoon, Prince Albert, Moose Jaw, Weyburn and Estevan. The SFPO is comprised of 8 police associations from each of those cities including senior officer associations in Regina and Saskatoon.
The Objectives of the SFPO as outlined in the constitution are:
4.1 To advance the cause of police work as a profession and to support and encourage the Federation's membership in the pursuit of their individual police careers.
4.2 To advance police work as a profession in the eyes of the public on a local, provincial and national level, and to that end to institute, support or maintain such public relations programs, charitable programs and philanthropic programs, and to such extent as the membership of the Federation may decided, from time to time, provided that any such program is approved by the membership of the Federation.
4.3 To secure by all proper and legal means the elevation of intellectual and social standards of the members of the Federation.
4.4 To give collective expression to legislative requirements and present these requirements to the elected representatives of the legislature.
4.5 To establish all benefits of a social nature pertaining to the welfare of the Federation members.
4.6 To make recommendations to the Saskatchewan Police Commission on all matters of mutual interest to the Federation members.

Casey Ward is a 25 year member of the Regina Police Service.
Casey has been with the SFPO Board since 2014 and has been the president since 2015.
CPA since 2014. Order of Merit recipient in 2022.

Harry Le Roux
Harry Le Roux was first elected on the board of the Saskatoon Police Association in 2008 and was elected to Vice-President in 2012. Harry became a board member for the Saskatchewan Federation of Police Officers in 2018.
Harry began his policing career in 1985 with the South African Police Service and left there as a Commissioned Officer in 2003. With his past experience in policing and a Law Degree from the University of South Africa (Unisa), Harry was hired as a Constable by the Saskatoon Police Service on August 12, 2004. Harry has worked in Patrol, Weekend Support, Pawn Detail, the Fraud Unit and he is currently a detective sergeant in the General Investigations Section.

Director - Regina Senior Police Service
Laurel Marshall
Supt Laurel Marshall is the president of the Regina Police Service Senior Officers Association (RPS SOA). She is a 26-year member currently overseeing the RPS Investigative Services Division. Outside of her time in Community Services, she held positions in Street Crimes, Major Crimes, Missing Persons, Forensic Identification and Headquarters. Her past experience on the RPS Critical Incident Stress Management Team and Peer Support Team reinforced her commitment to support the health and wellness of RPS employees. Fortunate for the various opportunities she has had throughout her career, Supt Marshall draws on her experiences to support equity, diversity and inclusion within the RPS. She was one of the founding board members for Saskatchewan Women in Policing (SWIP) and transitioned to the SWIP Advisory Board in 2022. She gives back to her community by volunteering with KidSport Regina and the Regina Sports Hall of Fame Committee. Passionate about the policing profession and public service personnel, she is grateful for the opportunity to be the RPS SOA representative for the SFPO.
Fundraising
The SFPO is sponsoring our Annual Telephone Appeal in the Province. Funds are being raised to help publish another Crime Prevention Guide.
Businesses are being asked to advertise in our publication and private citizens are also asked to contribute.
Funds raised will allow us to make this unique community publication available throughout our Province. Additional proceeds will also support Saskatchewan Federation of Police Officers’ activities and contribute to community programs.
