1. Log in to the SFPO member portal – it’s full of information and special offers!
2. Download and print the wellness tips Be Your Best You Wellness Contest one-sheet.
3. Complete as many tasks as possible to enhance your wellness journey.
4. Mark your sheet with a minimum of 8 completed tasks.
5. Return the sheet to [email protected] by February 6. Scan or send a photo from your phone. Include your full name and Association on the sheet and in the email.
